Supplier FAQ
When do I pay?
After we approve your application. You’ll get an email with the final invoice and payment options (bank transfer or mobile money).
Is my booth held while I wait?
Yes. As soon as you submit, the booth shows as “on hold” on the map so nobody else can book it while we review.
Can I bring my own booth build?
VIP island booths allow custom builds. For shell booths you can add a printed branding wall as an extra.
What do the prices include?
Every booth comes with the shell or space, name board, tables and power listed for its tier. Prices are per festival, before VAT.
